For most people, Kissimmee is known for its more reasonably priced hotels, restaurants, and souvenir shops. It sits along Highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy). However, this area is much more than that. Maybe you are looking for something near Disney World for a more reasonable price. Kissimmee might be the place to look. Kissimmee is one of the most accessible cities for homeownership in Orlando. My favorite neighborhoods are The Oaks, Cypress Reserve, Weston Reserve, and Indian Point. Expect to find a home below the Orlando median home price here.

Purchasing a condo or townhome in Kissimmee can be a great and affordable way to live near the parks. It can also make an excellent investment property. Be sure to keep in mind HOA fees and included amenities as you search.

If there’s a specific Kissimmee property below you are interested in, you can select the ASK link. This is available when viewing an individual listing.
