My favorite time of year is getting closer. With the end of summer means it’s almost time to get the pumpkins out and celebrate fall. Just because the leaves don’t change the same in the sunshine state doesn’t mean there is any shortage of autumn celebrations. Let’s explore some of the best fall events happening around Orlando this season.
Fall Foodie Events
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival
Now- November 20th during EPCOT operating hours
This beloved yearly festival gives you the opportunity to taste your way through a variety of counties. Plus, experience specialty shows, classes, and merchandise.
Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic
October 29-30 from 5:30pm-9pm
Outside at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resort, this annual foodie event includes live music, unlimited food tastings from over 20 food stations, 100 beverage selections, and themed areas like the beer garden and bubble lounge. Overnight packages and individual tickets are available for this event.
SeaWorld Orlando Craft Beer Festival
Fridays-Sundays August 13-October 31
SeaWorld’s Craft Beer Festival is the place to go to sample a large variety of craft brews. In addition to the more than 100 domestic and local Florida beers, you’ll find more than 20 paired food items. Theme park admission and reservation are required. Sampling lanyards are available.
Weekends At The Winery
Saturdays and Sundays, 12pm-4pm
Grab yourself a picnic blanket or a chair and head over to Lakeridge Winery for wine, food trucks, free wine tours, outdoor wine bar, lawn games, and more. Admission is free.
Brews Around the Zoo
September 18-19 during Zoo Operating Hours
Central Florida Zoo has brought back this popular adults-only event. Enjoy 15 beer stations and live music with your $50 admission ticket. Food is also available for purchase.
Hollerbach’s Oktoberfest
October 8-10- Times Vary
This Annual event celebrates German food and beer along with a variety of entertainment. In addition, entrance to this event is free. Located at the Sanford Civic Center and surrounding streets.
ROCKPITOBERFEST
October 29-30 6PM-10PM
RockPit Brewing’s event will celebrate the release of four German beers along with smoked meats, live music, contests, and an outdoor setting. Entrance is free.
Orlando Beer Festival
Saturday, November 13 Starting at 2PM
The Orlando Beer Festival located at Festival Park is the place to go to sample craft and premium beers from both local and US breweries. Other activities include wine tasting, games, food, and music. The event is dog friendly. Tickets are required.
Pumpkin Patches & Corn Mazes
Celebration Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival
Pumpkin Patch Open September 27- October 31 10am-6pm
Fall Festival October 16-17
Located at the Community Presbyterian Church in Downtown Celebration, this fall festival and pumpkin patch offers plenty of autumn themed activities and food for the whole family.
Fall at Southern Hills Farms, Clermont
Opens September 25, Hours Vary
Head to Southern Hills Farm in Clermont for fun seasonal activities like sunflower and zinnia picking, fall foods, pumpkin patch, photo ops, and more. In addition, leashed dogs are also welcome.
19th Annual Long & Scott Farms Corn Maze
Saturdays and Sundays October 1-December 12, Times Vary
Enjoy a 6.5-acre corn maze themed to dinosaurs. Also, Other events include café, markets, food vendors, and activities for the kids.
Painted Oaks Academy Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze
Pumpkin patch: Open daily 10am-6pm October 4 – 31, 2021
Corn maze: Open daily 10am-6pm through October 4 – November 31, 2021
Another great option is Painted Oaks Academy. This event offers another opportunity for fall fun. Similar to other events, Painted Oevent also has live music on weekends, photo ops, and more.
Partin Ranch Corn Maze
Saturdays and Sundays October 9 – November 7, 2021, 10am-5pm
This five-acre corn maze event will offer shopping from local vendors in addition to other fun activities for adults and kids of all ages.
